What About Quality Control?
For quality control, we have three parts.
The first one is Material admission inspection.
Before we start using the material, we inspect its physical and chemical properties of the material.
Compare the results with the certificate our supplier provide to us.
The second part is the Product sampling test.
After the quenching & tempering step, we do a metallographic examination to ensure the quality.
The flaw detection test will filter out 2% of unqualified products.
The last part is the Finished product appearance inspection.
If there's small trachoma on the product, we will return it to the production department for repair.
Other quality control.
We take packaging and transportation very seriously.
Any problem that could cause damage to the product will be taken care of before shipping.
